Welcome to the MESSAR's online Maine Revolutionary War Soldier Database. Here is where the MESSAR is storing all it's information on Revolutionary War Soldiers that are buried in the State of Maine. This database is a work in progress that is being generated by the Compatriots of the MESSAR.
In order to access the database, you must be a member of the MESSAR. Click on "Register for a user account" at the bottom left to open your account. Please provide your MESSAR member number when you submit your request.
Help Is Needed From MESSAR Members
Your MESSAR Webmaster, Justin Ford, is working to build the largest online database of Revolutionry War Soldiers buried in Maine. In order to do this, we need your help. Please scout your local cemeteries and historical societies to learn the location of a Revolutionary War grave in Maine. When you find the grave, take a picture of it, document it's location, and then e-mail the photo to the webmaster so we can add it to the database.
